Myster-e-Mail Terms Of Service
By signing up and actively using the Myster-e-mail program you agree to all terms and conditions
set forth in this agreement. Myster-e-mail may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete
portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its
members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an
email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with Myster-e-mail.
If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate
this agreement. Your continued participation in the Myster-e-mail program following our posting
of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding
acceptance to the change.
Responsibility of Members:
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. As of July 27, 2012 we will now accept
Only Tier 1 & Tier 2 Country Members who speak and understand English from Australia, Belgium, Canada, Costa Rica,
Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Puerto Rico, Spain, Sweden,
Switzerland, United Kingdom & United States.
You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process. We do not allow any YAHOO,HOTMAIL or AOL email addresses as these bounce way too much. if you use one of these email addresses, your account will be deleted. No Exceptions.
You may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different
email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that
has an existing Myster-e-mail account without Special Permission from Admin.
You will use your email address / password combination to access your account,
it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change
this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account
Info." link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your Myster-e-mail account including authorization
by you to any third party individual who may use your account.
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to
be inappropriate or illegal by Myster-e-mail be detected it may result in member termination
and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation
email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate
termination.
You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up Myster-e-mail. You must
maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with Myster-e-mail. You agree
to receive e-mail advertising from Myster-e-mail.
You must login to your Myster-e-mail account at least once every 30 days or your account will be deleted.
If you need to suspend your mail from Myster-e-mail, you may place your account on vacation by using the vacation setting on your user information page.
Any account placed on vacation for over 60 days without prior permission will be deleted.
In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from Myster-e-mail, your account will be set to inbox only. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being Full. In the event that you get your e-mailbox cleaned out, or get a new e-mailbox, you may set your account back to e-mail. HOWEVER, accounts that continue to bounce and must repeatedly be set back to Inbox will be suspended.
Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic
termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination.
Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.
Relationship of the Parties:
You and Myster-e-mail are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates
any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment
relationship between you and MoneyBoxMails. You understand that you do not have authority
to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Myster-e-mail. You
may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict
anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment
of any taxes for money earned while using the program.
Limitation of Liability:
Myster-e-mail will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other
indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of
or related to this Agreement or Myster-e-mail program, even if Myster-e-mail has been advised of the
possibility of such damages. Furthermore, Myster-e-mail aggregate liability arising under
this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to
you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or
expiration of the Agreement.
Payments:
Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites
after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by
Myster-e-mail. Members may earn by referring new members to the Myster-e-mail program. Members will
earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by Myster-e-mail.

Members will be paid via PayPal,Payza(when Available) or Moneybookers. Myster-e-mail will pay members when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate set by Myster-e-mail. Once the member has reached payout they may request payment only once every 30 days.
Payments will be made within 30 days or as funds allow. Payout is $3.00
How I do payouts . As of September 18, 2012 Paid Upgrade Members will be Paid First as Money allows.
- You must be an active member to be paid.
- I go by email notifcations from payouts organiser.
If you request payout before the 30 days your request will be deleted and you will have to request again
- If you change your request i get a new email notfication and your date changes to the date of the newest request. Meaning if you request oct 15th and then changed your payout request on oct 30th your new date will be oct 30th not the 15th anymore.no matter what it says in the payouts page.
Nontransferable.
Your right to use the Site is not transferable. Any password or right given to you to obtain information or documents is not transferable. You may not sell, trade or give away your member account. You may not sell, trade or give away your downline or referrals.
You must be 50 % as active as your downline members. (In order to make money from your downline you have to be an active clicker). Inactive uplinks will not receive money earned from there downline if they have not clicked on an advertiser within 25 days.
Advertising:
Any advertising submitted either by redemption or purchase is subject to admin approval. We will not advertise Porn, Illegal, Hacking, Cheatware, Hate Sites or any sites not COMPLETELY in English. If the advertising you submit does not work (ie, page not found, banners not working) we will make every attempt to fix your ad. BUT if it cannot be fixed you will be contacted ONCE to repair your ad. If you do not reply to that request after one month your redemption/purchase will be lost without refund.
Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING),
newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply
will result in immediate termination of your membership with Myster-e-mail and may result
in legal prosecution. Myster-e-mail strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal
crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated
immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be
held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations
that may arise from the Spamming incident. Myster-e-mail may charge up to $5 per spam email
sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved
accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud.
Myster-e-mail will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
Free Upgrade terms:
Due to abuse of this privilege, we have no choice but to implement some conditions on the free upgrade.
You now have to click 20 EMAIL links a month to receive your free ads as of September 18, 2012.
If you don't click 20 EMAIL links monthly we will not process your next month ads.
AS OF September 18th, 2012 You WILL NOW HAVE TO CLICK 20 EMAIL ADS OR MORE PER MONTH TO BE ABLE TO
USE THEIR UPGRADE ADS. SORRY BUT THIS IS NECESSARY FOR THE SUSTAINABILITY OF THE SITE.
Thank you for your understanding.
As of June 7, 2012 PAID Upgrade Members who send in ads without clicking the required number of
emails per month your ads will be Rejected and you will now be put on Suspension. As of September 18th, 2012 Free or Free Upgrade
members who request payout must have clicked 20 email ads per that Month.
Requesting payout without
following the requirements of this site will result in your not be paid.
CHEATING:
Should any instances of cheating be found either by use of Paid2Read Email Program Optimizers or other "cheating" software, multiple accounts on a single computer, promoting "cheat software or teaching how to "cheat", invalid paid2signups whereby credit is attempted to be ascertained by submission of a confirmation email where the sign up referrer is found not to be the direct upline, Myster-e-mail.com will delete that member's account. Once an account is deleted for cheating that member gives up their right to privacy, meaning we may and will share your username, email address, name, and IP number with other webmasters. The deleted member also gives up any right to earnings that may have resulted from the cheating. The deleted member gives up any rights to referrals and downline earnings that resulted from the cheating. This is a modification for the ptp and affiliate pages. Please understand that it is for the best of the site and honest members. 75% of your ptp/affiliate page has to show before getting credited. This means you page has to load almost all the way and not just showing that you have been credited. Also we do not accept 0IFrames. The links for all ptp/affiliate pages will be tested for 0IFrames. If they are found to be using them, your ad will be rejected and you will be suspended until further notice, meaning your ptp link or affiliate page will be paused. If after being reinstated we find that you use 0iFrames again, your account will be terminated and will loose all earnings without prior notification.
If you do not agree with any of these terms then you may not join Myster-e-mail. If a member violates these terms their membership will be terminated and all his earnings will be confiscated. Also, if a member is deleted for violating these terms he/she WILL NOT be allowed to rejoin.
CHEATING can be defined as but is not limited to:
- Creating multiple accounts
- Use of optimizing software
- Searching from disallowed countries
- Attempting to receive multiple credits for sign up tasks.
- Attempting to teach others how to cheat using software etc
- Attempting to use 0IFrames to gain false hits to any page.
Keywords / Interest:
We have several "Bad" keywords/interest, (I cheat, I don't understand english) this assits us in finding the members that can not understand english. If your account is found to have one of these keywords selected your account will be deleted. If you are NOT from a search allowed country, do not select the SEARCH interest/keyword - accounts from non search countries that have this keyword selected will be deleted.
On occasion there will be a "Cheat Protection Link"
located in the Disclaimer area of each email. After the
third time you click the link your account will be deleted!
The link will be clearly labeled. If you click this link it simply
means to me that either you cannot read English as is required by
this program, you are using cheater software, or you are not reading
the emails before you click. This is a Paid to READ Email program, NOT a Paid to Click site.
Bad Turing #s If more then 20 bad turing #s are selected in one month your acct will be deleted.
Paid To Promote Clause:
The Paid To Promote is an additional feature to the PTR which pays 25 cents to 65 cents per thousand.
You must be Active in the PTR to use the PTP feature If you are caught abusing the
PTP your PTP will be suspended and your account is at risk of deletion.
You may NOT just run the PTP link and cash out! you have to have 10%
other earnings vs. ptp in order to be paid. Other earnings will include
everything except downline earnings.
So if you have $4.00 in ptp earnings you must have at least 40 cents in
earnings per cash out. You Must Click at least 20 EMAIL,PTC links a month to be
considered active.
We are now imposing a 20 Click a Month Minimum along with the 10 % in
personal earnings some of them clicks have to be email ads not just ptc
in order to cash out ptp earnings. If you request payout and have not met
the 10% requirement and don't have the required clicks your request will
be canceled. if you request again and still don't have the required
clicks will be canceled 3 times is considered cheating and will result in
your acct being terminated (NO EXCEPTIONS)
You have the right to cancel your account at any time.
IF you choose to cancel your account for any reason or fall inactive (which in turn leads to being deleted for inactivity) you WILL forfeit any and ALL earnings. DO NOT ask for it to be reinstated.
Do Not ask to cash out your earnings early so you can quit you have to earn the minimum just like everyone else.
If we catch you cheating, you will be deleted. There will be NO exceptions
